5 Cards – 1 Kit | Simon Says Stamp GET YETI January 2025 Card Kit – Home

Hello crafty friends,

I have created 5 cards using the Patterned Papers that were included in the SSS Get Yeti January 2025 Card Kit. I had so much fun creating these cards.

Card #1

For my first card, I created a card front using just one single patterned paper. I have this adorable Yeti image with the “Stay Cool” sentiment. This panel is the focal point of my card. I also trimmed out the “You are SNOW Awesome” sentiment from the same sheet of patterned paper, to create an additional sentiment for our card front.

For my background, I used the Illuminated Jacks embossing folder on an A2 size white note card to create a textured base for the patterned paper panel.

Card #2

For this card, I embossed one of those blue patterned papers, which would the base of our background.

I then created a snow bank using white card stock and stamped my sentiment over this snow bank. I adhered my Yeti on a sled on the slope of the snow bank. For a little added element, I added the little snow balls.

Card #3

I cut this beautiful dark patterned paper with the trees. I added the snow bank and like I did in my previous card, I stamped my sentiment on the snowbank and using foam tape, adhered the Yeti with his birthday present on the card front.

Card #4

For this card, I wanted to create a framed scene. Using the Label Frame die by KS, I cut the plaid patterned paper along with the snow bank. I added my sentiment and the two little snowmen, and a little colored heart which I thought matched the scene!

Card #5

For my last card, I decided to layer up some of those beautiful patterned papers. I also added an embossed white frame in between the patterned papers to tone down the busy design and colors of our papers. I added our little Yeti with his heart and added a matching sentiment strip.
