Sympathy Card

Hello crafty friends,

Welcome to challenge #610 of the Cupcake Inspiration Challenge. This is a biweekly challenge where we have some fun themes to play with and lots of project inspirations.

For challenge #610 I have created a tag with a beautiful floral image. I created a sympathy card today with the tag being the focal point of my card.

Let’s take a close look at the card that I created for this challenge.

The theme of our challenge this week is to Add Tags. I thought I would add a tag as the focal point of our card.

I used a big tag that came with my Your Paper Insider Subscription Box. I stamped a single floral image from the Dainty Flowers Stamp Set by Altenew. I colored the image using Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers.

For my card background, I wanted to add some texture to this very simple card. I used the Diamond Stars 3D Embossing Folder on a bright blue card panel. I splattered some metallic gold watercolor on my embossed panel.

For my sentiment, I used the “With Heartfelt Sympathy” by Kat Scrappiness.
