Hello crafty friends,

Today I am creating the most adorable valentine’s day card ever. I have a cute focal point image with lots of fireworks and a beautiful night scene. I created this card using supplies from the new Meet the Quouses Release by Kat Scrappiness.

Here’s a look at the card –

I started by stamping and coloring our little Quouses from the Meet the Quouses Stamp Set. I used Spectrum Noir Tri Blend Markers to color this image. I love cute and adorable is this image.

For my background I wanted to create a night scene. I first started by stamping my fireworks. Fireworks need shine and sparkle. So I stamped them using a clear embossing ink and added both gold and silver embossing powder.

To create my night scene, I used shades of blues and greens. Before adhering the focal point, I used the Cloud and Grass Stencil to add a little texture to our grass.

I then added my little sentiment strips. I stamped them using White pigment ink and added white embossing powder.

I cut the background panel to be slightly smaller than an A2 size card base and then adhered my sentiments and the focal point on my card front.
