Hello crafty friends,

Today I created a very beautiful and delicate card design using some fun new products by Spellbinders.

I started with a fun and delicate scalloped border. I cut the border first using a purple card panel and used white cardstock for the intricate border. This is the Berry Fields Border Etched Dies from the Vivid Expression collection. This die cuts out a beautiful berry and leafy border. I cut the berries using pink cardstock, which added a contrast to the card front.

Next I cut the floral focal point from the Scallop Journal Cards Etched Die which are part of the Simple Vintage Flower Shoppe collection. I used the same pink cardstock to cut my flowers. For the flower centers I used some yellow card stock and green for my leaves.

I added some black and gold splatters on this panel before I adhered it onto my white card base.

While the watercolor splatters were drying, I used my Betterpress Letterpress system and added this gorgeous sentiment that came with the system. I used SSS Pawsitively Saturated Ink in the shade Rose for my sentiment.

I then adhered my border panel onto this white panel and adhered the card front onto an A2 size card base.

I wanted to add a hint of bling to this project. So I added some Pastel Tones Pawsitivley Saturated Gems by SSS.

I love how this card turned out. The colors perfectly compliment each other.
