Hello, crafty friends! Today, I’m excited to share a vibrant and uplifting card project that’s sure to brighten anyone’s day. Featuring bold florals, lush greens, and a sweet little bluebird, this cheerful design was brought to life using the Imaginary Jungle 3D Embossing Folder and Stencil Combo.
With the help of rich inks and smooth blending, each element pops with color and energy — perfect for sending positive vibes! Whether you’re new to stencils or just love experimenting with bold palettes, this card is a fun way to explore ink techniques while creating something beautiful and meaningful.
This card was created for the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #617—a bi-weekly challenge that always sparks creativity with its unique themes. This week’s challenge theme is Trees, and with spring and summer in full swing, the trees in my backyard are bursting with lush greenery, vibrant blooms, and visits from colorful birds. Inspired by this serene and refreshing view, I wanted to capture the beauty and peacefulness of my backyard in this project. I hope my project inspires you to join in the fun—don’t forget to share your creations on the CIC Instagram page. We’d love to see what you make!
Let’s dive into the details and see how this happy scene came together! 🌿💗

To bring my tree and nature-inspired vision to life, I began by embossing a white A2-sized panel using the Imaginary Jungle 3D Embossing Folder from Altenew. This embossing folder creates such intricate, etched details—it’s truly stunning and adds so much depth to the background.

Next, I reached for the coordinating stencils and brought the design to life with some bright, cheerful colors from the Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Ink collection. The ink blending process was both fun and relaxing, letting the jungle scene bloom with vibrant energy.

To finish the card, I added a sweet sentiment: “Have a blessed day”, which comes from Altenew’s new Magnificent Magnolias Stamp Set. It perfectly echoed the theme of the card and my mood while creating it.
Nature always brings me a sense of peace, and I feel like this card captures that calm, joyful energy beautifully. I love how bright, happy, and full of life it turned out! I hope this inspires you to get creative and make a few nature inspired sets of your own.
