The all-new 49 and Market Holiday Release has arrived—and it’s brimming with festive charm to make your creative season shine! In collaboration with Sizzix, this collection brings you everything you need to infuse your holidays with handmade warmth and style.
Think layered poinsettias, shimmering baubles, vintage-inspired postage stamps, cozy tartan patterns, and elegant folios—perfect for mixing, matching, and crafting to your heart’s content. Whether you’re making holiday cards, scrapbook pages, festive home décor, or thoughtful DIY gifts, you’ll find endless inspiration in every piece.
Today, I’m excited to share two holiday cards I created using some of my absolute favorites from this collection.
Card #1

For my first card, I wanted to capture the warmth of a magical Christmas Eve. I used the Trees and Trinkets Stamp and Die Set to create a layered, realistic-looking Christmas tree and a stack of gift boxes ready for the big day.

The stamp set has multiple layers that made it easy to blend fun shades of green for the tree, while the coordinating dies made cutting everything a breeze.

The tree trunk and base box were stamped separately, then adhered together to complete the scene. For the background, I used pink and brown patterned papers, adding a soft, cozy contrast to the greenery. To create a subtle “wallpaper” effect, I stamped delicate snowflakes from the Special Delivery Stamp and Die Set.

I also used this set to create a small sentiment label that tied the design together beautifully.
Card #2
For my second card, I went for a clean and simple style while still keeping it festive.

I started with an A2-sized blue cardstock panel and did some light, tone-on-tone stamping using images from the Special Delivery Stamp Set. This gave me a textured, busy background without pulling attention from my main focal point.

Next, I stamped and die-cut the charming little car from the Journey Home Stamp and Die Set and paired it with one of the layered Christmas trees I had already created for the first card.

I added a matching sentiment label from the Special Delivery set, and before adhering everything, I splattered the panel with white and gold watercolors for a snowy, shimmery touch.
I absolutely love how both of these cards turned out—they each have their own personality while still feeling cohesive as a set. This 49 and Market x Sizzix Holiday Release has been such a joy to work with, and I can already see so many possibilities for more projects.
