Hello crafty friends! ✨ I’m so excited to be sharing a brand-new release from Eileen Hull in collaboration with Sizzix. This collection is bursting with creativity—featuring adorable dies, a beautifully detailed 3D embossing folder, and a versatile nesting die that’s perfect for endless card making possibilities. I couldn’t wait to dive in and create with these products, and today I’m sharing three unique cards I made to showcase just how fun and inspiring this release truly is.

Card #1

For my first project, I created a whimsical little scene with some adorable animal friends using the Home Sweet Home Dies. This design was actually inspired by one of my toddler’s favorite bedtime storybooks—a sweet tale filled with a cozy forest where all the animals eat, sleep, and play together.

To bring this vision to life, I used a mix of Sizzix cardstock for layering and details. For the background, I blended soft shades through the In The Clouds Stencil from a previous release, which gave the perfect dreamy sky effect. To frame the entire scene, I reached for the brand-new Tunnel Arches Nesting Die, and it worked beautifully to create the feel of a little window looking into the forest.

I decided not to add a sentiment on this piece because my plan is to frame it and hang it in my little one’s nursery. It feels extra special knowing this project not only showcases the new release, but also carries a personal memory that will bring joy every time we look at it.

Card #2

For my second card, I wanted to play with texture and color, so I began by creating a rich background with the Lacey Leaves Embossing Folder. The detail in this folder is absolutely stunning—I just love the intricate, raised texture it creates! I chose a bold red Sizzix cardstock and added a touch of darker red ink blending along the bottom edge for extra depth and dimension.

Next, I die cut the Tunnel Arches twice—once from metallic cardstock for a shiny, elegant frame, and once from plain white cardstock to serve as the base for my little scene. From the Home Sweet Home Die set, I used the tree and hill elements to build a simple yet charming outdoor setting.

To finish the card, I added a sweet sentiment from the Swatch Cards Stamp Set (a gem from Eileen Hull’s previous release). For a touch of sparkle, I scattered a few sequins and brushed on some shimmer with my glitter pen. The result is a cheerful and elegant card that shines just as much as the new release itself!

Card #3

For my third card, I wanted to capture the charm of looking out through a cozy window, so I used the brand-new Windowsill Flowers and Leaves Die. I cut all the tiny floral pieces from a mix of brightly colored cardstock and added just a touch of ink blending for extra depth and interest. To give my window a realistic look, I adhered a sheet of acetate behind the frame, which created a subtle “glass effect.”

For the background scene—the view outside the window—I designed a dreamy nighttime setting. Using elements from the Home Sweet Home Die set, I built a sky with a glowing moon, soft clouds, and the sweetest little bunny peeking through the window. To finish off the scene, I splattered gold and silver metallic watercolor across the sky, creating a twinkling, starry-night feel.

This design came together as a perfect mix of playful and magical—like a storybook scene brought to life right on a card front.

Creating these three projects with the new Eileen Hull + Sizzix release has been such an inspiring and joyful experience. Each product in this collection feels so thoughtfully designed—from the intricate Lacey Leaves Embossing Folder, to the versatile Tunnel Arches Nesting Dies, to the charming Windowsill Flowers and Leaves Die. I loved how easily they paired with the Home Sweet Home Die set to create storybook-inspired scenes full of character and texture.

What makes this release extra special is how it sparks imagination—you can go from playful nursery art, to elegant textured cards, to magical window scenes, all with just a few of the dies and embossing folders. Whether you’re making keepsakes for your home or cards to send out with love, this release is truly packed with possibilities.
