Hello crafty friends,
There’s something truly magical about winter nights — the twinkling lights, the shimmering snow, and that cozy Christmas feeling in the air. I wanted to capture that exact dreamy vibe in my latest card project using the Your Paper Insider Box #13. This card brings together soft blues, sparkling whites, and festive greens to create a serene winter wonderland that feels like a holiday dream come true.

I started by building my background using the Light Blue Living Wave Paper. This paper has the most delicate wave-like texture that’s subtle on camera but absolutely breathtaking in person. It gives the perfect illusion of movement, almost like a soft winter breeze flowing across the night sky.
For the snowy hills, I used the White Holographic Confetti Jr. Paper, which adds a gorgeous, glimmering sparkle. I die-cut the hills twice using the Spellbinders Hills Die to give the landscape some extra depth and dimension.
Next came the trees — one of my favorite parts! I stamped them using the Trees & Trinkets Stamp Set, playing around with a few fun green shades to bring them to life. Once stamped, I cut them out using the coordinating dies and started arranging my winter forest scene.

To add that touch of falling snow magic, I used the Snow Flurries Stencil and applied the Fairy Dust Glitter Stencil Paste by Lawn Fawn. This paste is pure magic — it’s sparkly, smooth, and perfect for creating those frosty details that instantly make a project feel festive and alive.
To finish off this dreamy Christmas card, I stamped a cheerful holiday sentiment from the Jolly Christmas Stamp Set by Simon Says Stamp. I heat-embossed it in white on black cardstock to make it stand out beautifully against the soft, dreamy background.

And that’s how my dreamy Christmas winter night scene came together — full of sparkle, texture, and cozy festive charm. I love how each layer adds depth and magic to the overall design. If you’re looking to create your own winter wonderland card, try mixing textured papers, holographic sparkle, and a touch of glitter paste — it’s a recipe for instant Christmas joy!
