The holiday season is all about spreading warmth, love, and a little sparkle — and what better way to do that than with a handmade Christmas card! For this project, I created a sweet and cheerful card featuring the adorable Bella Bear Bauble digital stamp.
One of my favorite things about pre-colored digital stamps is their versatility. They’re perfect for quick cardmaking sessions when you want a beautifully finished focal point, but they also serve as wonderful templates for adding your own touches of shading and dimension.
For this card, I chose the Bella Bear Bauble digi stamp, featuring a cute little bear with a Christmas tree and ornament. Although the image came pre-colored, I wanted to give it extra depth and life. Using my Ohuhu Alcohol Markers, I deepened the shadows and enhanced the tones — especially the reds on the bear’s hat and the soft blush on his cheeks. To make the details pop, I added white gel pen highlights for that extra festive sparkle.
To give Bella a little more personality, I added a tiny red bow cut from cardstock right on his hat — it’s amazing how a small detail can bring so much charm!
Below the focal image, I stamped a warm Christmas sentiment from the Christmas Sentiment Digi Stamp set. To complete the design, I framed the panel using a postage-edge frame die and mounted it onto a bright red card base for a classic holiday look.
Finally, I sprinkled in a few pieces of a fun sequin mix, because a little shimmer goes a long way at Christmas time! ✨
