Sending a get well card is such a thoughtful way to let someone know you’re thinking of them. For this project, I created a sweet and uplifting card filled with soft colors and gentle details—perfect for wishing someone comfort and a speedy recovery.

I started by working with the adorable Mouse with Flowers digi stamp. After printing the image, I colored it using my Ohuhu alcohol markers, keeping the tones light and cheerful to match the encouraging theme of the card.

Next, I added a sentiment from the Winnie Daisy Messages digi stamp that reads, “Hope you’re feeling better soon.” Since the sentiment printed as a long strip, I trimmed it down to fit the smaller space on the card front. To add a bit more interest, I softly ink-blended a light teal color onto each sentiment strip, helping it tie in beautifully with the rest of the design.

For the background, I chose a lovely teal patterned paper from the Lilac Haze Flowers Bundle. The color adds a calm, soothing feel while still keeping the card bright and happy. To finish the card, I framed the design with a thin black border, adding just the right amount of contrast and polish.

This sweet get well card came together with simple layers, soft coloring, and a heartfelt sentiment. It’s a gentle reminder that handmade cards have a special way of bringing comfort, encouragement, and a little smile when it’s needed most. 💙✨
