Ahoy, Crafty Friends! 🏴☠️
Today I’m sharing a clean and simple pirate-themed card created using the brand-new KS Pirate Quokka release. This collection includes adorable stamps, coordinating dies, playful sentiments, and gorgeous 6×6 double-sided patterned papers — everything works together beautifully!
The Pirate Quokka stamp set features four cute pirate characters along with fun images like a treasure chest, treasure map, pirate flag, and even “Mr. Crabby.” The coordinating dies cut out every element perfectly, making scene-building easy. The matching sentiment set includes fun phrases like “Ahoy Matey” and “You Are a Treasure,” with fonts that perfectly capture the pirate vibe.

For my design, I kept things simple. Since my colored image had darker tones, I chose the woodgrain patterned paper to balance the look and trimmed it to fit an A2 card base (4¼ x 5½). I added a white strip along the bottom to ground my little pirate and keep the layout clean.
To finish the card, I stamped “Thank You Matey,” turned it into a speech bubble using an oval die, and popped up the pirate with foam tape for dimension. A few simple layers later, this playful thank-you card came together quickly and effortlessly!

This release makes creating themed cards so fun and easy — perfect for adding a little pirate charm to your crafting.
