I am so excited to share a project using supplies from the brand new Beautiful Moments release by Simon Says Stamp!

If you love bright colors and adorable critters, this release is going to be right up your alley.

For this sweet Easter card, I really wanted the background to be the star of the show, so I started by stamping the Groovy Daisies Background Stamp using a vibrant combination of Zest and Sherbet Pawsitively Saturated Inks. The result is a sunny, retro-inspired floral pattern that just feels like springtime.

To keep the design clean and airy, I decided to stamp and heat emboss my sentiments onto a vellum circle rather than using a solid cardstock strip. This allows that beautiful floral pattern to peek through while still making the greeting easy to read.

I had so much fun mixing and matching my sets for this one, pairing the bold “hello” from the Basket of Blooms Stamp with a sweet sub-sentiment and that adorable little egg-toting rabbit from the Bunny Bonanza Stamp set.
