Here’s another STAMPtember project, and today I’m sharing two colorful floral cards featuring the Simon Says Stamp To Friendship stamp set. This beautiful layered floral design is perfect for batch crafting, and I wanted to see how different the same design could look simply by changing the color palette.

I started with two white A2 panels and set up my stamp positioner so I could stamp both cards using the same arrangement. For the first card, I chose one of my favorite combinations—pink and orange. For the second, I went with a fresh yellow and teal palette, paired with brown foliage. Using two shades for each color helped create beautiful transitions and added depth to the layered flowers and foliage.

Once the floral images were complete, I added the sentiments. I love how the set includes a variety of friendship sentiments, making it easy to create cards for different occasions. I also added a little coordinating ink blending along the bottom of each panel to bring the colors from the flowers into the background.

To finish the cards, I added subtle colored splatters using the same inks from the floral designs. Since I wanted a little extra sparkle without adding sequins, I finished with some gold watercolor splatters. I protected the sentiments with the matching stamp images while adding the gold so they stayed clean and easy to read.

I love how these two cards turned out! The designs are essentially the same, but the different color combinations give each one a completely different personality. This is what I love about batch crafting—you can create multiple cards efficiently while still making each one feel unique.

Which color combination is your favorite—the pink and orange or the yellow and teal? And if you have another color combination you’d like me to try with this design, I’d love to hear your ideas!
